Become a pivotal part of our Calgary operations as a Construction Estimator, ensuring project estimates align with current market conditions. Engage with teams to foster accuracy in cost analysis and budgeting.

This position requires interaction with multiple departments, including Design and Accounting, to effectively manage project costs and maintain relationships with trade partners. As an Estimator, you'll analyze vendor proposals and assist in contract negotiations, ensuring that financial targets and project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on variance reports and job cost summaries

• Prepare tender documents and assist in bids

• Conduct budget reviews and project cost control

• Maintain comprehensive pricing books for options

• Resolve mismatched invoices for prompt payments

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Experience with residential construction

• Familiarity with various construction systems

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work under pressure
