Position: Experienced Site Foreperson Wanted
ATCO is seeking a skilled Site Foreperson to oversee workforce housing projects in Calgary. This role focuses on construction management, safety compliance, and quality assurance.

This full-time temporary assignment will run for 11-12 months, targeting candidates with significant experience in construction. As a Site Foreperson, you will supervise trades and ensure operations adhere to specifications and safety standards. This position calls for a proactive approach to site management, including inspections and daily walk-throughs to assess contractor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field operations for different trades

• Ensure installations comply with industry best practices

• Monitor HSE requirements and site safety

• Conduct daily inspections and reporting

• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of foreperson experience

• At least 5 years in construction

• Journeyman Carpenter preferred

• Knowledgeable in safety practices and regulations

• Strong communication and blueprint reading skills

Lead construction projects effectively while championing safety and quality standards at ATCO in Calgary.
