Project Estimating Coordinator

You will initially work on lower-density residential projects, gradually expanding your responsibilities across the portfolio. Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager to ensure efficient project execution and develop strong subcontractor relationships while implementing Kalamoir's safety practices.

• Prepare and review trade bid packages and bid instructions
• Oversee RFIs and preliminary bid evaluations
• Ensure quotes are submitted accurately and timely
• Develop progressive budgets throughout project design
• Smoothly transition bid-levelled tenders to management

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of standard tender package drawings
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in software tools like Excel and Bluebeam
• Preferred post‑secondary education
