• Ensure all site activities meet safety regulations

• Manage contractors and oversee work completion efficiently

• Maintain budget integrity through resource optimization

• Guide compliance with project documentation and OH&S regulations

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification or equivalent

• 10-15 years in commercial construction

• Knowledgeable in relevant software, especially Procore

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
