Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paver and related equipment efficiently

• Ensure correct asphalt mix grade and thickness

• Perform daily maintenance and safety inspections

• Monitor and control asphalt mixture temperatures

• Coordinate with trucks for asphalt delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years paver operation experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Able to work overtime and on weekends

• Must comply with drug and alcohol program

• Own vehicle for jobsite commute
