Development Coordinator at Qualico

Support successful land developments as a Development Coordinator with Qualico. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and compliance while ensuring safety on site.

This role necessitates a proactive approach, reporting to the Director of Development. You will assist in managing construction projects while liaising with various stakeholders. A minimum of three years in land development is essential, ensuring schedules and budgets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with contractors for budget and schedule planning

• Implement maintenance contracts effectively

• Conduct regular inspections and report findings

• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations

• Facilitate the completion of Construction Completion Certificates

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent background

• At least 3 years in land development roles

• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

• Must pass a criminal record check

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
