Your primary function will be overseeing construction activities for Class 1 railway projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Key tasks involve maintaining accurate daily logs, conducting site surveys for payment tracking, and mentoring junior staff. You will also collaborate with client representatives to report onsite progress and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections to ensure construction compliance

• Complete daily documentation and photographic records

• Conduct site surveys for monitoring project delivery

• Enforce safety regulations and quality assurance

• Mentor junior inspectors and liaise with clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience

• Minimum 3 years in construction inspection

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
