As a Project Coordinator with Brookfield Residential, you'll collaborate with the Communities team to support various construction activities. This position requires monitoring site conditions, coordinating with builders, and ensuring excellent resident service. Key Responsibilities:
• Support construction activities and monitor project conditions
• Coordinate with builders for timely repairs and inspections
• Track safety requirements and report on compliance
• Address resident inquiries and concerns effectively
• Manage community maintenance and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in land development or home construction
• Strong project management and computer skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
