Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Alberta

The role requires a minimum of five years in a similar position, particularly in hospital or healthcare renovations. A solid grasp of MEP systems and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site safety requirements and contractor management

• Implement IPAC standards for dust control and pathogen containment

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and workforce tasks

• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and architects

• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Superintendent in healthcare renovations

• Strong understanding of construction documents and codes

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• IPAC Z317.13 training and Red Seal Certification

• Experience with Procore is a plus
