• Assist project startup and permit processes

• Coordinate tendering and subcontractor management

• Manage deficiencies and documentation collection

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in commercial construction coordination

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore

• Solutions-oriented and eager for growth

• Educational background in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
