As an Estimator, your responsibilities include interpreting plans, measuring floor layouts, and ensuring precision in your estimates using tools like Measure Square. Strong communication skills are vital for liaising with Builders and coordinating with various internal departments. Your analytical and organized approach will be crucial for managing multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess floor plans with precision

• Use Measure Square to conduct detailed take-offs

• Upload relevant worksheets and documents to Tracker

• Maintain effective communication with Builder partners

• Guide less experienced estimators with training

Requirements:

• Expertise in electronic estimating and Office software

• Good construction knowledge and blueprint reading ability

• Completion of relevant diploma or education

• Previous estimating experience in construction preferred

• Familiarity with flooring installations is beneficial
