Rising Edge Group seeks a Field Foreman specialized in high-voltage electrical projects. Lead on-site construction, ensuring high safety and quality standards during operations.
In this role, you will report directly to the Construction Manager or Site Supervisor. Your responsibilities include managing a small crew, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and submitting daily progress reports. This position focuses on mentoring team members while upholding safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site construction activities effectively and efficiently
• Submit progress reports and crew timesheets daily
• Liaise between crew and Construction Manager/Site Supervisor
• Enforce on-site safety policies and document incidents
• Assist in meeting project timelines using resources wisely
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 5-7 years construction industry experience
• Familiarity with medium to high-voltage substation construction
• Willingness to travel to various job sites
