Excavation Civil Foreman

Our client, a well-established civil contractor, is looking to expand their team with a new Civil Foreman. You will lead water, sewer, excavation, and earthworks projects while overseeing a crew on-site. Enjoy steady employment year-round with a strong project pipeline in Southern Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of civil construction projects

• Read civil drawings and project specifications

• Coordinate work plans with Superintendent and Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS regulations

• Mentor and develop crew members for success

Requirements:

• 5+ years in civil construction, particularly excavation

• Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead hand

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license, Class 1 preferred

• Current OFA Level 1, Fall Protection, and other certifications

• Strong communication and people management skills
