Position: Construction Labourer for Residential Projects
Contribute to residential construction projects as a Labourer, supporting site operations and ensuring quality work. Your hands-on skills will help maintain a safe and organized job site.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Site Superintendent, assisting with everyday site activities. Your responsibilities include loading, unloading materials, cleaning, and assembling structures. A key focus will be ensuring safety standards are met while communicating effectively with your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Site Superintendent with daily activities

• Load and unload materials consistently

• Clean job sites and perform miscellaneous tasks

• Assemble or break down structures as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year construction experience

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with tools and machinery

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Team player with strong communication skills
