Position: Senior Civil Superintendent for Excavations
Lead high-volume excavation projects in Calgary as a Senior Civil Superintendent with a well-established contractor. Oversee 15 concurrent projects in water, sewer, earthworks, and demolition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 15 civil construction projects across Calgary

• Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors on active sites

• Ensure timely, safe delivery of all work to specifications

• Conduct site meetings and operational reviews regularly

• Monitor costs and productivity on site

Requirements:

• 8+ years in civil construction with 3-5 years as a Superintendent

• Strong experience in excavation and municipal projects

• Proficiency with civil drawings and specifications

• Valid driver's license; daily travel between sites

• Strong communication skills for multi-level management
