CANA Construction is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage projects and ensure safety standards are met in Alberta. Your extensive construction experience will drive timely project success.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily on-site operations, manage contractor relationships, and ensure projects are completed according to regulatory guidelines. With your strong understanding of construction safety and budgeting, you’ll optimize the use of field staff and materials. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining communication across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce site safety and compliance measures

• Supervise all on-site construction activities

• Maintain schedules and budgets for projects

• Use software for tracking and reporting progress

• Communicate effectively with team members and partners

Requirements:

• Qualified Journeyperson or equivalent

• 10-15 years of commercial construction expertise

• Strong communication and management skills

• Proficient with construction-related software

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
