Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cost analysis from specifications

• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing

• Work with project managers on trade buy-outs

• Interpret information to ensure strategic bid preparation

• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in construction estimating roles

• Equivalent high school diploma; relevant education preferred

• Strong understanding of construction methods and codes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate preferred

• Effective communicator and analytical thinker
