Electrical Foreman at Rising Edge Group

In the role of Electrical Field Foreman, you will oversee assigned construction activities directly related to high-voltage projects, ensuring they are executed within budget and time constraints. Collaborating closely with the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the crew's adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while providing ongoing mentorship to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete on-site construction management tasks daily

• Ensure compliance with project correctness and safety policies

• Provide daily reports to the Construction Manager

• Organize materials and ensure safety inspections

• Train crew on safety and quality practices

Requirements:

• Degree or Journeyperson designation in Electrical or Construction Management

• 5-7 years applicable construction experience

• Experienced in high-voltage substation construction

• Valid driver's license and clean driving history

• Ability to travel to various work sites
