As a crucial member of the Municipal Business Unit, you will report directly to the Project Manager, overseeing the Terwillegar Phase 3 Project. This role demands strong skills in coordination, tracking progress, and communication with various parties. Ensuring alignment between trades is key to maintain efficiency and avoid delays in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily work activities with subcontractors
• Track material quantities and maintain documentation
• Monitor equipment and labor levels on site
• Support field safety practices and orientations
• Maintain daily reports, site photos, and documentation
Requirements:
• CET designation or degree in Civil Engineering
• 1-3+ years field experience in construction
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with scheduling software
• Strong communication skills
