Position: Flooring Estimator Role at Divine
Join Divine as a Flooring Estimator, available in Calgary or Edmonton. This essential role focuses on providing accurate project estimates for our Builder partners, underlining your skills in construction and estimation.

The primary function of the Estimator is to utilize blueprints to measure floor areas and prepare comprehensive estimates for materials and labor. Attention to detail and organizational prowess are essential for inputting data into our systems like Measure Square and Tracker. You will also lead and mentor newer estimators, ensuring adherence to best practices in management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely measure floor layouts for estimating projects

• Execute accurate take-offs on construction plans

• Input and manage estimates in Measure Square effectively

• Collaborate with internal departments for essential information

• Mentor less experienced team members in estimating processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in estimating software including Measure Square

• Strong blueprint interpretation and construction knowledge

• Diploma or post-secondary education in relevant field

• Construction industry experience is an advantage

• Familiarity with flooring systems is a plus
