Become a vital part of our Calgary team as a full-time Construction Cost Consultant specializing in cost estimates and project cash flow management. Your analytical skills will drive project success.
This role demands 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction costs. You will work on preparing estimates, project schedules, and maintaining supplier directories. Strong technical abilities in database and spreadsheet applications such as MS Excel and Quick Books will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct economic feasibility studies for projects
• Monitor contract expenditures and adjust as needed
• Develop and submit estimate reports and bids
• Plan construction milestones and track progress
• Read technical specifications for project requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant college diploma or certificate
• Minimum 3 years of cost consulting experience
• Expertise in MS Word and Power Point
• Flexibility to relocate if required
• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada
