Our client, a prominent civil contractor in Southern Alberta, seeks a Civil Foreman to lead a construction crew on various projects. This full-time role involves hands-on work and leadership within an expanding team, ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil construction crew on-site daily

• Interpret and manage civil drawings and specifications

• Collaborate with Superintendent and Project Manager on plans

• Maintain safety standards per Alberta OHS guidelines

• Complete daily reports and mentor crew members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction

• Leadership background as a foreman or lead hand

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings

• Valid driver’s license;
Class 3 or 1 preferred

• Relevant safety certifications are a plus
