You'll be an essential part of our Communities team, assisting in the coordination of construction activities and monitoring community upkeep. Effective relationship management with builders and residents is vital for this role. You will engage with contractors, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and manage project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support construction projects through onsite coordination
• Ensure compliance with best management practices
• Attend inspections with consultants and contractors
• Handle resident inquiries and operational needs
• Assist in invoice coding and budget management
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or similar preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field beneficial
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in computer skills and effective communication
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
