Position: Construction Project Coordinator Role

You will coordinate essential documentation, assist in cost and schedule management, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers with documentation and reporting

• Maintain accurate project communication records

• Facilitate the change order administration processes

• Coordinate resource allocation effectively

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

• At least 3 years of relevant project coordination experience

• Familiarity with Procore and construction documentation

• Strong blueprint interpretation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
