Position: Aecon Paver Operator Role
Become a Paver Operator with Aecon in Calgary, Alberta, and contribute to significant infrastructure projects. This role centers on safe equipment operation and effective asphalt management.

A pivotal part of the Paving Division, you will ensure asphalt is placed correctly while utilizing your 2+ years of experience in a professional environment. Communication with team members and adherence to safety protocols will enhance your effectiveness on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paving equipment while ensuring safety

• Ensure asphalt mix meets quality specifications

• Perform maintenance and safety checks daily

• Monitor asphalt temperatures during operation

• Work with delivery teams for efficient operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience with paving

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Compliance with drug testing policies

• Must have personal transportation to jobsite
