Position: Construction Holdback Analyst Role
TC Energy is looking for a Construction Holdback Analyst to efficiently manage lien holdbacks in a hybrid work environment. Your contributions will ensure compliance and support project finance goals.

This role focuses on the administration of statutory builders’ lien holdbacks, requiring a detail-oriented approach. Collaborating with various project stakeholders, you’ll help ensure accurate tracking and release of holdbacks while adhering to applicable legislation. Ideal candidates are analytical thinkers with an interest in contract administration and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of contractor holdback documentation

• Collaborate with senior staff to confirm compliance

• Maintain accurate project and trade-specific holdback records

• Assist in tracking and notifying teams about release timelines

• Address contractor inquiries regarding holdback processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain

• Two years of relevant supply chain experience

• Knowledge of tools like Power BI is beneficial

• Basic understanding of lien legislation preferable

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
