Experienced Site Superintendent

Position: Experienced Site Superintendent Wanted
Join CREATE. Construction as an experienced Site Superintendent, managing trades and ensuring high-quality project execution. This role requires both leadership and technical skills on the job site.

As a Site Superintendent, you'll coordinate all trades, enforce safety measures, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team. Your day-to-day will include reviewing project plans, scheduling subcontractors, and maintaining construction quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to tackle challenges and enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in creating and executing project schedules

• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier activities for project needs

• Ensure that safety protocols and construction standards are met

• Regularly review and update job site documentation

• Conduct project deficiency follow-ups and inspections

Requirements:

• At least five years’ supervisory experience in commercial construction

• Relevant degree or certification in construction-related field

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autodesk Build

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Current Safety Certificates
