Drive impactful project outcomes as a Quantity Surveyor with Turner & Townsend. Manage cost estimates and enhance sustainability strategies in a hybrid working environment.
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position calls for a professional with over seven years of experience in cost estimating throughout all project phases. You will undertake cost analysis, facilitate value engineering discussions, and provide strategic lifecycle cost advice.
Your role will include managing client relationships and working collaboratively within project teams for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of cost estimates for projects
• Analyze tender returns to maximize value for clients
• Conduct value engineering sessions to optimize solutions
• Provide lifecycle cost and sustainability guidance
• Benchmark major projects for validation and goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in cost estimating positions
• University degree in Engineering/Construction Management
• Bonus for CIQS/RICS membership
• Familiarity with cost estimating tools
