Construction Project Manager

Position: Full-Time Construction Project Manager
Lead major construction undertakings with BUILD IT as a full-time Project Manager specializing in commercial and hospitality projects. This role requires on-site management and strategic oversight.

BUILD IT is seeking a skilled Project Manager to direct our Jasper project, emphasizing high-quality hospitality builds. Under your leadership, you will plan, execute, and maintain rigorous standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your adaptability and decision-making will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute construction phases according to client specifications

• Manage budgets and facilitate timely trade invoicing

• Direct subcontractors and uphold workplace safety

• Maintain documentation using Procore for all project phases

• Proactively inspect and ensure compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ supervisory experience in construction management

• Post-secondary education in related field preferred

• Strong financial management and cost control skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to handle evolving project scopes
