PCL Construction Management Inc. seeks a Building Systems Coordinator who will manage coordination processes and provide insight on model alignment. You will support effective contract management, review change orders, and liaise with utility providers to ensure project timelines are maintained.
Your role will be crucial in monitoring trade activities to support project specifications and quality management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct coordination drawing processes and model alignment
• Review project contracts and subcontract scopes for compliance
• Manage change notices and assess impacts on project scope
• Coordinate utility services to align with project schedules
• Support and monitor quality management programs for trade contractors
Requirements:
• Trades qualification or degree in related fields
• Three years of mechanical or electrical construction experience
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent planning and time-management skills
• Ability to interpret various technical drawings
