Economy Paving Ltd. seeks an experienced Grading Foreman to oversee road construction and site development crews. You will manage daily site operations, schedules, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Your strong leadership will guide crews and foster a productive environment for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise grading crews and daily site activities

• Read construction drawings and interpret grade stakes

• Ensure safe and timely project completion

• Coordinate equipment and manpower efficiently

• Communicate job progress to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grading Foreman

• Knowledge of grading, excavation, and road building

• Ability to read blueprints and site plans

• Experience with GPS and grade control systems preferred

• Valid driver's license;
Class 1 or 3 license an asset
