Senior Concrete Estimator

The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of construction experience focused on ICI projects. You'll be responsible for preparing comprehensive concrete estimates, conducting workforce analyses, and reviewing formwork designs. Your technical expertise will support your team's efforts in developing estimates and finding cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead detailed concrete and formwork estimating processes
• Develop project execution plans including schedules and logistics
• Analyze workforce productivity and crew compositions
• Review formwork and crane designs for optimum efficiency
• Maintain documentation to support estimating figures
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years in construction with a GC
• Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control
• Familiarity with formwork systems and productivity rates
• Proficient in Excel, OST, and estimating software
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
