Position: Multi-Family Site Superintendent Role
Take the lead as a Site Superintendent for Multi-Family Apartment construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and budgets. Focus on on-site coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control throughout construction.

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of multi-family construction, ensuring timely and efficient execution of work. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage inspections, and maintain open communication with the project team about changes and progress. Your expertise will guarantee quality and compliance on every job site, leading your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for timely project completion

• Perform quality control on tasks executed at the site

• Communicate effectively regarding Change Orders

• Coordinate inspections with local authorities

• Maintain a daily log to track job site progress

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of construction scheduling and trade scopes

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wood frame construction

• Valid Provincial Driver's License
