ICM Property Group Development Manager

As a pivotal member of our Canadian development platform, you will oversee 366 multifamily residential units while managing pre-development activities like feasibility assessments, budget planning, and on-site construction delivery. Your expertise in leading teams and navigating project complexities will be key to ensuring successful outcomes in construction management and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive feasibility assessments for residential and commercial projects

• Supervise third-party contractors and manage project timelines

• Communicate solutions among architects, designers, and engineers

• Negotiate CCDC contracts and maintain vendor databases

• Monitor budgets and provide actionable project health updates

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction management and 3+ years as a Project Manager

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field

• Proven track record in multi-family construction projects

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Strong organizational abilities and willingness to travel
