Join our innovative robotic homebuilding plant as a Senior Site Framer in the Greater Calgary Region. Focus on assembling panelized frames and managing onsite crews for timely project completion.

We are looking for a Senior Site Framer to lead the Framing crew at our state-of-the-art plant. This full-time role involves using hand and power tools, interpreting blueprints, and executing residential builds efficiently. Ideal candidates will have over five years of residential framing experience and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site Framing teams to complete residential construction

• Collaborate with Construction Manager for efficiency improvements

• Assemble and finish wall, floor, and roof structures

• Interpret blueprints for layout and material specifications

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years residential framing experience

• Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred

• Proficiency in building codes and safety regulations

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
