Responsibilities
The Roller Operator is responsible for the safe and productive operation of the rollers and compactors. The Roller Operator distributes, breaks down, and compresses the asphalt surface according to the contract specifications.
Qualifications- Two to three years of experience paving in the Road Construction Industry
- Working knowledge of Asphalt and related materials
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment used in Asphalt
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Drivers Abstract (less than three convictions and less than 7 demerits)
- Physical Requirements:
Must have the physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete the assigned duties
