Position: Site Superintendent for Wildstone Projects
Lead construction efforts as a Site Superintendent with Wildstone, ensuring precision in project execution across BC and remote locations. Collaborate with teams to uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining schedules.

As a Site Superintendent reporting to the General Superintendent, you will coordinate trades, manage materials, and communicate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Owners.

Your role emphasizes effective site management, prioritizing safety and quality while driving teams toward productivity milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project execution meets specifications and quality standards

• Coordinate with trades and schedule site activities

• Conduct site inspections to check quality and safety compliance

• Facilitate daily meetings with team members and trade partners

• Complete documentation and address inspection requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years construction experience, 3+ years in supervision

• Journeyperson certificate or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office 365 and scheduling software

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

• Obtain necessary safety certifications
