Warranty Specialist

Deliver exceptional client care as a Warranty Specialist in Calgary and the surrounding area.

Your role focuses on ensuring homes are ready for possession with zero deficiencies and managing warranty inspections.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction or renovation. You will conduct warranty inspections, manage emergency calls post-possession, and assist construction teams as necessary. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Alberta Building Codes are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect homes for deficiencies prior to possession

• Conduct warranty inspections with clients on scheduled dates

• Manage trade days for warranty items

• Organize show home setups and fulfill service requests

• Answer after-hours emergency warranty calls

Requirements:

• 4+ years in residential construction/renovation

• Knowledge of Alberta Building Code

• Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Personal hand tools including cordless tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
