As a critical member of the estimating team, you will analyze project specifications and prepare comprehensive bid estimates. You will contribute to the creation of efficient workflows, ensuring all estimates comply with safety and quality standards. Your in-depth knowledge of construction costs and practices will play a vital role in guiding the team and optimizing project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed bid estimates based on project plans

• Analyze construction documents for completeness

• Supervise and perform quantity take-offs

• Maintain Ledcor’s estimating systems and procedures

• Present detailed estimates for management review

Requirements:

• Education in Construction Management or related field

• 3-5 years estimating experience required

• Familiarity with MS Office and estimating software

• Understanding of budgets and project scheduling

• Collaborative team player with leadership skills
