Position: Construction Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations alongside the Site Superintendent

• Identify and resolve trade performance and project timeline issues

• Synchronize activities among subcontractors

• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance

• Document and address deficiencies promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred

• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related trades

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage resources effectively

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
