Key Responsibilities:
• Develop safety plans specific to bridge and marine projects
• Deliver training programs for employees and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards
• Lead investigations into safety incidents
• Establish and monitor safety performance indicators
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in construction safety management
• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Professional certification (preferably NCSO)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites
