Field Coordinator Structural Works

Position: Field Coordinator for Structural Works
Support the Calgary Green Line LRT project as a Structural EIT and Field Coordinator, focusing on bridges and stations. Ensure high-quality construction oversight and interface management across stakeholders.

In this role, you will represent the Owner's interests, coordinating daily field activities and monitoring construction progress. Your technical skills in civil or structural engineering will be key to resolving challenges in bridge construction, station structures, and interface management across various project segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison between Delivery Partner and contractors

• Monitor construction of bridges and station structures

• Coordinate daily field activities per construction schedules

• Document and track non-conformance reports (NCRs)

• Promote a safety culture aligned with project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 2–6 years in construction or field engineering

• EIT registration with APEGA preferred

• Experience in transportation infrastructure an asset

• Strong technical review and quality oversight skills
