In this pivotal role, you will engage with various stakeholders to prepare and coordinate full-cost estimates for Chandos’ construction projects. Your expertise will guide project success through detailed take-offs and effective bid strategies, working on diverse sectors like healthcare and residential. This position fosters a collaborative environment for strong consensus-building on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive cost estimates from early design to tender

• Facilitate estimating workshops for collaborative decision-making

• Perform take-offs on materials, labor, and equipment

• Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors for best pricing

• Analyze estimated versus actual costs to improve project outcomes

Requirements:

• Ten or more years in commercial construction estimating

• Experience with ICI, residential, or healthcare projects

• Proven proficiency in construction software and Excel

• Organizational skills to manage tight deadlines

• CEC designation preferred; PQS designation a plus
