Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project requirements, estimates, and budgets

• Negotiate and award contracts to subcontractors

• Monitor and report on project progress and costs

• Maintain communications between clients and staff

• Coach field engineering and project personnel

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Construction Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5+ years in Project Management

• Background in commercial construction required

• LEED certification preferred

• PMP designation may be required
