Experienced Site HSE Advisor Western

In this full-time position, you will report to the HSE Manager and play a crucial role in implementing HSE programs on-site. Collaborate with the Construction Management Team to foster a robust culture around health, safety, and the environment while coaching team members on accountability and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a comprehensive health and safety culture
• Lead safety training programs for staff and contractors
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Develop short- and long-term HSE strategies
• Respond effectively to work site emergencies
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• Minimum 3 years in HSE advisory roles
• NCSO and/or CRSP designation required
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and policies
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills
