Construction Manager for Energy Solutions

As the Construction Manager/Site Superintendent, you’ll oversee site supervision and coordinate complex construction activities across various sectors. Your expertise in procurement, health and safety, and compliance will be crucial as you manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules. You'll ensure that every aspect meets Canada's stringent health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting the transition to net zero energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise active construction phases and site personnel

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and progress

• Coordinate work sequencing and logistics for optimal efficiency

• Implement site-specific health and safety plans

• Support procurement and tender document reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction management

• Experience with complex facility infrastructure

• Current First Aid certification required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and leadership skills
