Junior Quantity Surveyor

Tech-Cost is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to enhance its Calgary team of costing experts. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs from project drawings

• Assist in preparing cost plans and estimates

• Evaluate contractor bids and prepare tender documentation

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress

• Maintain compliance with construction standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

• 0–3 years of experience in quantity surveying

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
