Position: Principal Estimator for Infrastructure Projects
Become the Principal Estimator for infrastructure projects, executing cost estimates while ensuring compliance with Canadian and USA government guidelines. Your expertise in marine and ports will be essential for project success.

This role demands a strategic approach to manage estimating activities across various project phases. With 10 years of Civil and Ports & Marine experience, you will support teams by developing cost estimates, analyzing historical data, and identifying risks to enhance project accuracy. Your ability to mentor junior estimators will also contribute to the overall team expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve estimating frameworks and guidelines

• Oversee preparation of thorough and accurate cost estimates

• Support design reviews and data verification processes

• Analyze cost data against benchmarks for improved accuracy

• Develop mentorship programs for junior estimators

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in relevant sectors

• Possession of a valid Canadian PQS license

• Familiarity with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator or Cleopatra

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Additional international project experience preferred
