Position: Cost Estimator with Turner & Townsend

We seek an experienced Cost Controller with a proven track record in cost services to join our team.

Your role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates, managing costs during all project phases, and leading a dedicated team. Your expertise will significantly contribute to successful project outcomes, shaping infrastructure and real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare comprehensive Construction Cost Estimate reports

• Lead cost planning and estimation efforts for projects

• Utilize Value Management techniques at project initiation

• Oversee post-contract cost analysis and reporting

• Interface with clients and consultants at project stages

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in pre-construction and post-contract services

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

• Membership in CIQS, RICS, or AACE

• Knowledge of CostX software is advantageous

• Government of Canada reliability clearance is preferred
