Position: Civil Construction Senior Estimator Role

This position seeks a detail-oriented professional with over 10 years in underground utility infrastructure. In this role, you will analyze specifications, manage subcontractor bids, and ensure compliance with current project requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead tender review meetings will be vital for the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil projects

• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids

Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant experience in construction estimating
